Selective Admission: Entry into the SQUAD Programme is by assessment. Players need to have demonstrated potential in the sport and commitment to a rigorous training schedule of 12 to 15 hours per week.
Tailored Physical Conditioning: Age-appropriate physical conditioning is integrated both on and off the court, utilizing a scientific approach to optimize player development.
